Short side or long side

WPPO makes this table in two lengths. The 75cm short side is the one to choose when the oven sits in a tight run and you need working space without adding much width. The 103cm long side gives room to stage several pizzas at once. The two can be used together on opposite sides of the same oven.

Why it matters more than it sounds

Wood-fired cooking moves fast. A pizza goes from raw to done in a couple of minutes, and having nowhere to set the peel down is the difference between a relaxed evening and a scramble. This is the accessory most Infinity owners add first.
