Wood, gas, or both

Wood firing gives you the flavor and the char that people buy these ovens for, but it takes forty minutes to an hour to come up to temperature and needs tending. Gas is ready on a schedule. Dual-fuel ovens run either way, which in practice means the oven gets used on weeknights instead of sitting cold until the weekend.

Size against how you cook

A smaller oven takes one pizza at a time and heats fast on less fuel. A mid-size oven takes two or three, which is the point where you stop cooking in sequence while guests wait. Above that you are into commercial territory, where several pizzas at once and a wide door opening matter more than heat-up time.

Pizza or bread

Most ovens here are built around pizza: very high heat and a short cook. Bread wants the opposite, a large deck and heat that falls slowly after the fire dies back. If baking is the point rather than an occasional extra, look at ovens sized and built for it rather than adapting a pizza oven.

Assembled or DIY

DIY kits arrive as cast components you assemble in a day and then render yourself, which is why they cost less than a finished oven of the same size. The trade-off is a weekend of work and buying the render materials separately.
