The Karma 42 is the large residential oven in WPPO's Karma line, built from 304 stainless steel inside and out. A low-profile chamber drives heat down into the cooking deck, and a built-in temperature gauge on the door lets you read the oven without opening it.

More than a pizza oven

Wood-fired ovens get sold on pizza, but the Karma 42 has the chamber depth to run cast iron. Steaks, roasts, and sheet-pan vegetables all work in it, which matters when you are deciding whether an oven this size earns its footprint year-round rather than three weekends a summer.

Choosing between Karma sizes

The Karma 32 holds three pizzas and costs less. The Karma 42 gives you more deck and more clearance for taller cookware. Above both sits the Karma 55, which is a commercial unit. If you are cooking for a family and the occasional party, the 42 is usually the right stopping point.
