The Traditional 25 runs on wood or gas, and the gas attachment is included rather than sold separately. Burn wood when you want the flavor and the fire, switch to gas when you want the oven at temperature on a schedule.

Why dual fuel changes how often you use it

Wood firing takes time and attention, and on a weeknight that is usually the reason a wood-fired oven sits cold. Gas brings it up on a schedule. Having both in one unit means you are not making that choice once at purchase and living with it — you make it each time you cook.

How the gas burner works

The burner mounts through the side of the oven and sits on the fire brick deck, so the flame runs along the same path the wood fire would. Switching between fuels is a matter of fitting or removing the burner rather than reconfiguring the oven.

What is not included

The propane tank is not supplied — the oven takes a standard LP cylinder you source locally. Some product photos also show a WPPO ash vacuum alongside the oven; that is a separate accessory and is not part of this purchase.

Freestanding on wheels

At 76.25 inches tall the oven arrives on its own wheeled cart with a storage shelf underneath, so no separate stand or counter is needed. Confirm you have the 31 by 29.25 inch footprint plus clearance before ordering.
