WPPO Karma 25" Stainless Wood-Fired Oven with Countertop Base

WPPO Karma 25" Stainless Wood-Fired Oven with Countertop Base

The Karma 25 is the compact oven in the Karma line and the one to look at when space is the constraint. It heats quickly, is built from 304 stainless steel inside and out, and ships with a stainless countertop base included rather than sold separately.

Fast heat, small footprint

A smaller chamber reaches cooking temperature faster and burns less wood getting there. That is the practical argument for the 25 over the larger Karmas: it is the size you actually fire on a Tuesday. The trade-off is capacity, since you are cooking one pizza at a time.

How the fire separator works

The stainless separator holds the burning wood at the back of the chamber while the pizza cooks on the open deck in front of it. That keeps embers off the food and gives you a consistent hot zone rather than cooking directly over the fire.

Stainless or colored

This is the 304 stainless version, and it comes with the countertop base shown. The Karma 25 Colored is the same oven in a red, black, or orange powder coat and ships with a floor stand instead. The ovens perform identically; the choice is finish and whether you already have a counter to put it on.
