The Karma 55 is the commercial unit in the Karma line, with a 27 by 45 inch cooking surface that takes five pizzas or five cast-iron pans at once. It is built from 304 stainless steel and sized for wineries, breweries, catering operations, and backyards that regularly feed a crowd.

What the numbers mean in service

Five pizzas at a time is the threshold where a wood-fired oven stops being the bottleneck at an event. Below that you are cooking in sequence and guests are waiting. The 24.75-inch door opening matters for the same reason — it is wide enough to work several pies without fighting the entry.

Not only pizza

The deck takes cast iron, and the fire separator lets you push the fire to one side and cook alongside it rather than under it. Sausages, roasts, and pan dishes all work in this oven. For a commercial buyer that widens the menu; for a residential one it is the argument that an oven this size earns its space year-round.

Siting

At 55 inches wide and nearly 57 inches tall with the stack, this is a permanent installation. Confirm clearances and the surface it will sit on before ordering, and check local code on wood-fired appliances if it is going into a commercial space.
